Nice apartments with good floor plans, but old. At the time that I was living there management has been the main issue. Following are some of the problems: They changed building policies several times on their own favor, for example guest parking policy changed and it was not convenient for guests to park in the garage any more. They rented the apartment with utilities included, later, they started to send utility bills. Washer/Dryers in the floor were too old and many times were broken. Elevators were out of service a lot of times & sometimes two of them out of service at the same time. Hot water outage with a short notice was happening regularly. There was fire in the building and fire alarm didn't work in some floors (including mine). Every summer they opened the pool late. Late means they always opened after manorial weekend! Packages were missing. Sometimes they were found sometimes they were not. Water leaking in my bathroom from the top floor 3 times, it was the sewer water! My kitchen appliances were from 80's and 70's, noisy and not energy efficient. I decided to move out sooner than what I was planned. I switched my lease to month to month so that I can leave anytime with a short notice, of course I was paying more rent for month to month but management charged me a couple months more rent after I left. I am sure they rented in the meantime. What should I call it! I cannot suggest this building to anyone. Maintenance and cleaning crew were always nice.
