If you take away nothing else about this place it should be that it is a horrendous place with god awful management. I cannot tell you how many times the whole building would go days without hot water. Or how the garage door was stuck open for 6+ months and led to multiple vehicles being vandalized. I never felt safe, accommodated, or valued once while living in this building. You couldn't pay me to live in that place ever again. Edit: North park says below that they are "unaware of vehicular vandalism". This is either an outright lie or they are very unaware of what happens at the property. I would not recommend living in a place where they will outright lie in a public forum.
