I was actually in the process of signing a lease with this property, believing that it would be a good deal despite the awful comments. Fortunately at the very last second before signing the lease I learned that the job offer I received had multiple locations and that I would actually be at a location that was about 30-40 mins away from this facility so I had to find another apartment. When beginning the process to be approved for a lease I paid a $100 application fee for my partner and I as well as a $300 refundable amenities fee that I was sure to get back if I didn't continue with the lease. Upon discovering that I was apartment searching in the wrong location I contacted Michael Reeves who had been assisting me with this process who I also found to be a very nice gentleman and I explained my situation and he said he understood and would be in contact with corporate to issue my $300 refund. This was back in the first week of January 2021. I was told I would receive a refund check in the mail within 4-6 weeks. It is now March 11,2021 and I still have not received anything and I have been in contact with Micheal via email and over the phone. The last two emails I have made he has not responded to after assuring me on his last reply that the process was made and they were waiting on corporate to send out the check. Via his last email he told me that if I hadn't received anything within a week or two to contact him and when I did he told me he tried calling corporate and had not gotten through to them. This place had not problem taking my money but seems to have a problem giving it back. Need less to say don't put any money up if you aren't certain you want to live here cause it will take forever to get your little $300 back. But with this experience I wouldn't even recommend anymore to do business with them ! I thought they were stand up and better than the comments but I may have to agree with the comments about this place.
