We have lived here for 6 years and are fed up with the AC issues and a persistent sound in the ceiling on account of the "chiller." They need to be able to fix this. We have not slept in weeks and are at our wits end. We have been more than patient with the management here and are seeking alternative routes of recourse (Montgomery County? Housing and Community Affairs?) Fed. Up.
