Pros. Dog friendly. Only apt allows large dogs in the area. Pretty much all tenants have large dogs. All units have automatic door locks. Cons. Lots of dog barking all day long, and very few owners pick up their dog poop. Terrible layout. Even though they renovated recently, the usage of space is terrible. In the presented sqft, balcony area included and they were not telling upfront. Guest parking lot is always packed, hard to reserve. Old, and inefficient heating system. No benefit of extending lease, you pay more than signing a new lease. Mean staffs-if you encounter them while throwing garage they interrogate whether it's actually your household garbage or whether you live here (multiple incidents). Lastly, so many extra costs. There are lots of hidden costs and nobody tells you upfront. Extra dog deposit, monthly pay, charge on 1st parking lot, parcel storage unit fee, etc. Also there is no wear and tear concept when you move out, no matter how hard you try-you will be charged for painting ($210) and cleaning fee ($175).
