BEWARE!! TERRIBLE soundproofing issues here. Don't even consider leasing here if you can't get or don't want a top floor unit. Even if it seems ok at first, there is huge tenant turnover here and it is just a matter of time before some imbecile moves in above you. No one at Aimco/Air will care if you have not slept since the jerk moved in, you are on your own. They will be happy to charge you big fees to transfer or break your lease for the privilege of getting your life back though. Bring lots of money in any case.
