So I've lived here maybe 2.5 years so far. Staying because I just don't want to deal with a move again until I buy. Moved in to a new building which was nice. Units have all the amenities- washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Units have nice counter tops and flooring, but weird ancient heating options in base board heaters, never turn them on because it's where furniture HAS to be. So I bought space heaters. It DOES get cold in the winter. There is zero sound proofing here. I really wish tenants would buy rugs! You can hear every foot step and tv your neighbors have. We've had to personally go up stairs and ask people to stop the party at 1am on a Wednesday or turn off the amp for their guitar session. Most people here are young working professionals with limited kids which is a perk. Lots of dogs around which is nice if you're an animal lover. Pool is always cold and the place could really use a hot tub. Gym is a nice size. Like the leasing office and the theater option but it's not centralized on the property so it is a hike for some tenants. Fireplace, grills and dog park are awesome features. There is often dog poop not picked up, maybe community trash cans around the property would be something to try. Parking here is a joke. There is maybe 18 "guest" spots. But frequently I have friends give up and go home bc there are no spots. Clearly we need more guest parking! Garages are nice, but right fits for any car bigger than a small sedan.
