As with other posts here, if we could give a 0, we would. Management will lure you in by making this place seem like a community, but after you sign the lease, they'll treat you like garbage and you'll find that it's a complete money pit. Extra charges (parking, pets, you name it), inability/unwillingness to address service requests (leading you to expend your own money just to get it resolved), and terrible customer service - all on top of the ridiculously high rent that will only continue to increase. We also recently found out that when we moved, due to a fluke with PG&E, we continued to be charged for months for utility costs incurred by the new tenant and/or the property. We contacted management as soon as we identified the problem, and they basically gave us an enormous "eff you" - appalling, but not at all surprising, given our experience as tenants. We unfortunately can't stomach the cost/stress of taking action right now, so we're forced to resort to leaving reviews and hoping others don't fall into this trap. We'll also go out on a limb in saying that if someone responds to this message asking us to provide input to AIMCO, it will result in the same wasted time we're experienced already, plus the giant "eff you" from their team. No thanks.
