First of all, the construction is flimsy, so it is always freezing inside and every step your upstairs neighbors take will rattle your entire apartment. It is unbelievably noisy, the worst apartment I have ever lived in in that regard. Doesn't help that it's right next to two busy roads. Plus, it's terribly designed. The closet in my apartment is a "walk-in" but only half of it you can actually access reasonably. The washer/dryer are outside for some reason, so I hope you like putting shoes and a jacket on to do laundry when it's cold (which is always). Second, the corporate management is awful for many reasons. Chief of which is the way they are trying to milk residents for every penny. You are forced to pay $75 for a package locker system which then charges you another $10 per day for items that you don't pick up immediately. They also love to steal your packages and "return" them to the sender without a word to you. What might be even worse is you have to PAY FOR VISITOR PARKING! So if your friend comes over, and they want to park in the lot here (and there's nowhere else to park, so they are going to have to), they have to pay! Doesn't look like they really clean up around the place either, stuff is growing all over the sides of the buildings. Nobody is ever in the manager's office, and they are slow to answer emails or messages unless they want money from you. I had previously lived in another complex that was far cheaper than this place, but still managed to have decent construction and management that was helpful and friendly instead of trying to make everyone's lives miserable. It honestly seems like the people who run this place dislike the residents. The difference is seriously night and day. Pros of living here? The gym is OK and it's nice that there's a dog park. Some decent views around, although you probably won't have one from your apartment. It's got stuff semi-nearby but not really walkable since it's at the top of a big hill on a highway. I guess if you like noisy apartments that cost an arm and a leg for bad service, go ahead and move in here. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
