I was a resident of the Palazzo East for a year and a half during which time there were constant headaches, problems, and up-charges, with the nightmare continuing post-move out. This is not a "luxury" community; this is a poorly maintained and shoddily built scam: - the buildings are very noisy and police officers are a frequent presence - there is constant cigarette smoking despite the no-smoking policy - the gates and elevators are always broken - there are dog feces everywhere - the community is a cess pool of Airbnb parties Worst of all, the management company will try and scam you at every turn with fraudulent charges. Rebakah Larson and Jared Webb are two particularly terrible employees at Aimco that are both unresponsive and committed to perpetuating illegal and fraudulent activity.
