I am moving out of here in 3 weeks and it could not come soon enough. Let's start with the management. It does not matter how many times you call or how many voicemails you leave, they will NEVER get back to you. The staff that work for the building have half a brain. Don't expect them to know the answers to any basic questions without having to run and ask someone else. The walls are paper thin. Their "security" can't do anything about noise complaints, they ask you to call the police. And if the police decide to waste their time, it's about 2 hours of waiting for them. The building has turned into a community of people that you don't want to a surround yourself with, I.e. A shooing and stabbing incident in my building. There is a reason they are offering a month free incentive... Avoid at all costs.
