Helloooo ( we have small kids here..... hello ) Wake up and read the lease no scary dogs and dangerous.... 5.dirty elevators frozen yogurt cups on the floor at night ..... 6.everything is extra fee... watch out and you will see it after u move in 7.they welcome you with a smile and promise promise everything till you really moved in to this getto ...then they dont give a fuck !!! 8.cheap pool furnitures...orange metal chairs 9.spa water dirty..old naked man in the jacuzzi ..yakkiieeee 10.everyone can come in to the pool (no security check) 11.residence from across the building join in the pool and spa for free....YES FREE 12.hot days forget to find a chair by the pool ....park la brea residence welcome in with no security check every one is there no room to get a chair 13.night time loud music from cars coming in and out ..BOOM BOOM BOOM MUSIC 14.manegment sucks all they care is $$$$$$$$$$$$ bring me your money 15.police is always here at night ....fighting.... Sometime shooting...drugs 16. is this the place you want your family and kids to be here...???? 17.no pool party... no bbq... no nothing all the money go to the management's 18.the gym.... everyone is welcome don't need to live here.. just walk in free gym .... no security check .....do you live here ???
