Just an update for anyone considering moving into the Palazzo, DONT MOVE THERE! I finally had to break my lease because they refused to do anything about the smoker who lived next to me and made my apartment, clothes and furniture reek of cigarette smoke and exacerbate my allergies. When I discussed this for the last time with Andrea the useless "resident relations manager" she agreed to allow me to break the lease, wrote an email confirming this along with her apologies. I gave my notice to move out per their instructions and at my walk through they assessed a standard fee for cleaning and painting and gave me a signed document stating that I would receive the remainder of my 1000.00 deposit within 21 days. 30 days later they send me a bill for more than 11,000.00 to cover the remainder of the original lease! And their response emailed to me by their incompetent useless leasing office attended Jesse was that "sorry, I should have explained better" So, please don't be fooled by the response noted on my original review from their business mgr, James G. who promised to have their VP named Didi get in touch with me. She never did, nor did he return my emails. Their home office in Colorado (who I tried to contact and left msg to complain about my living situation which were never returned) called me today to let me know they are sending the 11,000.00 bill to a collection agency. Again, this place is he most unprofessional establishment. Dangerous and ghetto. Don't be fooled by their outside appearance. Once you sign the lease they don't care about anything. They will rent to anyone (which is apparent once you see who your neighbors are) and as I mentioned before they do not even check IDs let alone employment verification.
