I don't have one positive thing to say about this place. This is my first ever negative review I have given in 12 years of leasing apartments. It is absolutely impossible to live comfortably and to relax in this apt complex. Here are the negatives I have personally experienced. 1. 99% of the people managing the building are brain dead. They couldn't even figure out how to put my letter into outgoing mail and a $20,000 check was lost, great for business... 2. The rent is astronomical for the kind of treatment you receive and the actual apts are not that nice for what you pay. Staff is super friendly showing you the apt and signing your lease, however, they will not answer a call or respond to an issue once your lease is signed. It took my two months to speak to the GM and I called every single day. 3. They say you get use of a gym and spa included in your rent, not the case. It is always closed due to understaffing, construction, etc. I've lived here for 6 months and it has been closed about 65% of the time I have gone. 4. There is construction going on around the complex, in the complex, and in surrounding structures from 8am - 8pm, 6 days a week. (See Photo of construction literally 5 feet from my balcony) 5. They never notify us when we have a package and it is just a guessing game if we will actually get the package someone sent us. 6. The parking garage is extremely dangerous. There are accidents in the same 2 spots constantly and they have done nothing to fix the problem. 7. I woke up for work today and the water was shut off due to scheduled maintenance. By scheduled, I mean they put a note on my door 5 minutes before they shut the water off. The list goes on and on and on. I am just scratching the surface of why I cannot wait to move out of this place. In conclusion, I would rather live on a wooden raft in the middle of the Arctic ocean before I choose to live at The Palazzo again. The money you have to spend is definitely not equivalent to the level of service and apt quality you receive. Written By: Josh Heffler
