This building does not even deserve a 1 star rating it is a COMPLETE FUCKING SHIT HOLE with the most DISCOURTEOUS AND DISMISSIVE leasing staff. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE, if you do, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have lived here for 2.5 years and am finally moving out after being suckered into a second lease term. Throughout the duration of both of my lease terms, the building has made a complete 180 in all of their attempts to please the residents. THEY ARE AWFUL to say the least! They STEAL your money, pull from your payment accounts at random, and have gone through three property managers and multiple leasing/staff members. There has been multiple shootings (including a suicide/murder) - which they notified residents about via email claiming it to be a "domestic incident," AND multiple stabbings and burglaries - all of which they do NOTHING about. This building deserves to be put out of business. Their 24 hour security is COMPLETE HORSE CRAP. Half the security doesn't speak English and it takes them 45 minutes on average to tend to any minor issues i.e., cars being parked in your personal spot THAT YOU PAY FOR MONTHLY and noise complaints, not to mention major issues-which they don't even bother with at all. Apartments are broken into regularly and the property management team does NOTHING to help residents resolve these issues. The only decent people here are the maintenance staff. SCAMMERS, CON-ARTISTS, and CROOKS should be the palazzo communities slogan. Signing a lease here would be a major disservice. Do yourself a ginormous favor and DO NOT tour this property and/or even allow yourself to get suckered into signing a lease by these poorly trained, unknowledgeable, money hungry snakes. Xoxo
