I regret living here. It's a good location with fairly nice amenities, but the units' ceilings are so thin that I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbor makes. They go to bed at 1 am and wake up at 6 am every day, and I know this because I've woken up every time they get out of bed. I work from home, and their vacuuming and footsteps are so loud that they disrupt my meetings. I've communicated back and forth for months with management. They said that they've spoken to the upstairs neighbor, yet nothing has changed. The only offer they've given is for me to transfer to another unit, which would require paying a large fee and signing a new 24-month lease. That doesn't solve the issue because it's the structure of the old building that's the problem. For the same price, you could live in a newer building with thicker walls and better amenities.
