Overall, my experience hasn't been terrible, but the new management team is quite problematic. The community manager, Elijah, is often rude to residents and dismissive of their feedback. A major concern is the team's wasteful spending on unnecessary projects, often implemented with little to no notice. For example, they recently repainted the hallway, which was already perfectly clean, without any prior warning. The result is actually worse than before, as the painters were unprofessional and didn't warn anyone about the wet paint, leaving numerous handprints on the walls. They also constructed storage units above some parking spots without warning, then informed the affected residents of a parking rate increase since they are now spots with "storage". Furthermore, since the new management took over, they've started using very cheap light bulbs in the bathrooms. These bulbs burn out every three months, unlike the previous bulbs, which lasted at least a year. I know several residents have complained, but management has refused to address the issue. In short, the management team seems indifferent to residents' needs and primarily concerned with cutting costs, even at the expense of quality and resident satisfaction.
