April Owens is the worst manager yet to come to Parc, since her coming everything went downhill aside from her rudeness and unwelcoming character. She took away our own parking spot and failed to inform us, raised our utility bills and keeps on being extra rude to our friend visitors, she never even has a smile on her face. After living for 5 years here I can tell you that Parc Mosaic is just getting worse by the year and the rent is not worth the amenities if you want to live peacefully and happily. Reve Boulder is a new apartment building complex and has better prices as well as amenities and events. That's what I call luxury not Parc Mosaic, you can't have luxury around a manager like April.
