Only good thing about parc mosiac are the people and the amenities! Staff is friendly but extremely dismissive and gas light you. We complained about the smell of gas in our apartment and they came multiple times and said there wasn't an issue. It took us calling the fire department for them to find it (meanwhile I was 3 mo pregnant). We also had such a lovely dog community and really moved to the complex for that reason, until they didn't build a dog area as promised and after 1.5 yrs of living there all of a sudden cracked down on off leash play time. After that, it was time for us to move. Don't recommend if you have a dog.
