The community was amazing during covid, but rent increases have brought a very unfavorable crowd. Very pretentious. The apartment is now very anti-dog, do not consider this complex if you have a dog. I have a downstairs neighbor who suffers from a mental disability, and who calls the cops on me weekly for unknown reasons. The property management refuses to intervene. They offered to move me at my own expense for an increase of $500 monthly. I can not wait to leave this apartment
