My husband and I loved the idea of this place. All the amenities sounded wonderful and the modern design. But when we had the chance to think about it even for a little bit, we realized the price was way too steep... even for Boulder. The amenities and location are not nearly worth the price of these tiny apartments. Luckily, we were able to find something larger, cheaper, and in the best location. If you're all about amenities and living far away from everything, go for it. This is the place for you!
