This complex would receive a full 5 stars if it were not for one issue, which is actually a pretty big one. While the modernity of the grounds and the amenities are luxurious, attractive and inviting, the claims that this is a smoke-free community are questionable. As a new resident, I have not lived here a full 21 days yet and I have smelled the stench of marijuana on a few separate occasions while still inside my building in the hallway. As a non-smoker, it's unsettling and jostles your peace of mind to have to deal with smelling smoke where you reside. For a non-smoking community, priced above average, this doesn't seem to align with the Parc Mosaic brand or image portrayed. Having signed a long lease, this puts a dent in my excitement for the upcoming months as I feel a bit slighted on the value as a result of having to smell weed while inside the building. It's beneath the brand. I would like to see evidence of these rules reinforced, but I won't hold my breath. Not to mention, the walls are thin. My upstairs neighbors sounded like they were on meth trying to rebuild the place up there.
