I lived at Park Towne place for a year (studio). While the area was nice and clean, the overall experience was not worth the headache and the charges incurred afterwards. Upon moving out, I was surprised to be charged the FULL price to repaint the entire studio when the attached pictures clearly show that only a little bit of touch-up paint was needed. The paint jobs were needed BEFORE I moved in, but I didn't realize I needed to write every small detail in the inspection form prior to moving in. I would also like to add that the inspection form I completed did not serve a single purpose. I indicated there were scratch marks on the floor, but I was also charged for those after moving out. In addition to that, they billed me $125 for a special cleaning fee for the floor and an additional $151 to clean the full studio, despite being explicitly told twice at the leasing office that as long as the apartment is left clean, everything would be fine. I had even set an appointment to have a maintenance member check my apartment before handing over the keys, and they confirmed that everything was in good and clean condition. I have attempted to contact the leasing office multiple times to address these issues.
