The location is great and on-site shopping and amenities are also. The problem is the buildings are very old and the A/C has been down for about 4 weeks in total over the last year and in summer when it is most needed. There are stolen packages from the paid package service very often, the noise from the vents means you can hear every other apartment when cooking or in the bathroom. The A/C or heating is controlled centrally and was turned off about a month early in 2022. I sit here today sweltering in my room at 79F yet again and I'm tired of paying top dollar for a substandard service. If you like art then it's probably the place for you. If you want top-quality/modern services like A/C, working elevators, and draining bathtubs etc then somewhere else is best.
