Move-in was very difficult because our door codes didn't work. We were told it would be fixed the next day but it was not fixed until 11 days later. We told them multiple times about it and kept being told it would be fixed the next day but it wasn't. They tried to resend the codes at one point but then we didn't have access to the community areas. Therefore I got locked in the very hot garage in the process of moving in. It we very inconvenient to not have a reliable passcode for over one week. Also, we had reserved the elevator for 3 hours and because the movers were running late we were late to the reservation. They cancelled the reservation because we hadn't checked in, which we didn't know we had to do. Overall a very stressful experience.
