Do Not Live Here. The AC unit at all the buildings do not work properly and it's super old. Switching between heat and cold is controlled by the leasing office for all of the buildings and the thermostat temperature at the apartment do not control the AC. Regardless of what temperature I set the AC is on, it's never off and not at thr temperature I wanted. Either freezing cold or super hot. After speaking to multiple maintenance personnel they blamed it it the old central unit. Also, your security deposit is automatically gone. Regardless of the condition you you hand back the apartment at they will charge you $450 for painting and $150 for cleaning. According to an email I received from the property manager that everyone lives at the apartment less than 4 years get charged that. I am so happy to be out of there and done paying the extra fees I kept getting charged when I left that no one can properly answers me for and they kept referring me to different people.
