Terrible experience. Heating and AC is out of your control. Elevators are always down. Move in process was a disaster. Rent is super expensive, so you'd expect more. For some reason our rent payment bounced back from the bank and now they are charging use a fee of $225 due to this issue. We have never paid late once and clearly a mistake was made... whether it is my fault, or banks fault... a one time courtesy should be given if it has never happened before. When you spend $4500 a month, I guess they still need there $225 extra. So much for loyalty and customer service. I can see if we are always having issues/paying late/whatever, but a one time issue, where we paid on time, but there was a bank issue, should not incur a $225 fee. Truly sad and dissapointing.
