Residents at gym are very inconsiderate with cleanliness. Overall residents throughout community very inconsiderate with cleanliness. HVAC systems regularly going in and out. Just a poorly updated complex. Units are very basic for the price you pay. Incumbent tenants recently seeing 30%+ renewal increases. Management response to Ida flood was very poor and cost many residents a lot of things including their cars. Many residents had refrigerated medicine tossed out during cleaning whilst management would not all residents into their unit to check on things. Very post college place for people with mommy and daddy money.
