During the Hurricane Ida, Park Towne 1)was aware of the flooding situation but did not alarm its residents to either move their cars out of the garage or expensive packages from the storage room, instead it sent an EMAIL saying you need evacuate in 30MINS. 2) Does not provide any accommodation during evacuation time but a shelter place 3) does not publicize any time frame to reopen the building. We understand it's hard to say an accurate date but no estimated moves and time line. 4) I personally have 10,000$ worth stuff in the underground storage room to ship out before moving out but got severely damaged, Park Towne does not allow me to access (which I understand) nor provide help rescue them despite they are EVERYTHING I have. I cannot be more disappointed in any place in the world than this place for its negligence and poor management.
