I have lived at PTP for about 15 months now. Here is an honest review that is not tied to a chance to win gift cards. PROS: - this is a great location and it is quite rare to have so much community space within a city. - their maintenance staff has always been quick to respond and extremely professional. The staff at the concierge are friendly and try their best to help. CONS: - the leasing staff is the worst I have ever seen (lived in 5 apartments across 3 states so far) - the upper management does not care for the tenants. They advertise amenities to attract tenants, charge them a one-time $400 fee for using these amenities over the lease period, and then cancel the amenity without consulting tenants. - the buildings are old. They have heating/cooling issues and thin walls. With the utilities being shared and malfunctioning, you may end up paying for utilities you never used. If you are planning on moving here, consider the following: - the well-advertised and heavily-used amenities may be removed with just an email. Without the amenities, the rent is much higher than other buildings in this neighborhood. - they don't have enough parking for their own tenants. - do not believe ANYTHING the leasing office staff say during your tour of the building and apartment. Check as many reviews as you can and talk to an existing tenant if possible.
