Parking and onsite management are the reasons they got this one star review. They built the community without thinking of the parking issues. They keep having new buildings and more apartments but still have zero solution for the parking. What they do to your car is towing and ticketing. You will always have nightmare finding the space for your car. "LuxerOne" using as packaging receiving system keep having trouble. You have to pay $100 each year but your package will keep missing or you may receive other people's package. These issues have been there over an year since I moved in and they never got resolved. Concierge management is horrible. Don't know who is the manager but you just can never trust what they told you. They never get good training and tell you wrong policies all the time. Overall, You just have to say goodbye to this place. Save your money and find a better apartment with better management.
