There was a leak in the apartment above me. There was no visible damage in my apartment. I was never notified maintenance needed to do any work in my apartment before coming home to find a hole in my wall with drywall all over the floor and countertop. I had to call to find out what was going on and ask them to come back and clean up the mess. Poor communication from maintenance staff. Was told I would be called before they entered the next time but that didn't happen. I happened to be home in my bedroom with the door shut and here someone say hello. The painting crew let themselves in without knocking and didn't realize I was home. I hope someone from the office will reach out to me regarding the poor communication.
