I really willing to give a zero star if I can. This apartment( parktwone place) try their best to make every tenant renew their plan or move to this horrible place, even they deceive their customer. sorry about my language, but I promise everything is true and you will have chance to face these problem. Noise the wall is not thicker than a paper, lucky you can monitor your neighbor life at any time. and the bathroom , you have chance to share one air conduit, thank you,parktowne, this design is pretty well. makes me feel I am using public toilet. you can chatting with your neighbor without seeing them. good good good! Parking parking cannot being access right there, you will never getting one parking space, I generally parking my car in other apartment parking lot. but it will make me get up about 20 minute earlier to access to this. and that's the nearest parking lot you can find called Edgewater. otherwise, when I move in, the leasing office introduce that only 3 month they will deal with the parking. But My leasing contract have been passed half and they still do nothing. and if you don't have a car, they will offer you other "transportation", there are no subway and no bus pass there. Because of nearing the highway( i just call that) you save a big amount of money in electronic fee. if you pull off the window curtain, Street light makes you can still reading your book at night. you can sleep "very well" in your bedroom!!!
