They will blare an alarm throughout the buildings, as loud as a fire alarm, saying their *might* be an emergency and that you should stay put. It will play over and over again while you can't even leave the building. Absolutely miserable. And of course, not once has there actually been an emergency, just up to an hour of blaring noise for no reason.
