Going back down to 1 star. -air conditioning repeatedly goes out -electricity repeatedly goes out -elevators repeatedly go out -parking door/garage doors repeatedly go out -free bike parking turns into paid bike parking -packages worth $1000s left out And yet ....try to get management to answer, proactively update residents, or compensate for days out of any "service" and they go MIA. Good luck living here. Invest in hotel rooms, fans, flashlights and candles and you should be ok!
