I lived here for 13 months & absolutely would not recommend anyone to live here. There's serious issues with the building- there was an electrical fire having to do with the elevator, many power outages throughout the year. package delivery system went down at least 4 times while I lived there (and packages would then be left out unsupervised), and there are water issues in the underground parking garage. The staff was rude & management was worse. Loved all the retailers in the basement floor. Aside from that & the view of the art museum, it was not a pleasant experience to live there & to add insult to injury they raised rent prices significantly.
