actually they deserve no star..I lived their in park town for two years for many reasons: the location it was close to my school and its nice area in the same time I start my leasing contract with the former manager who was nice with us and with my other friends neighbor we were suffered that time from MICES ( don't believe anyone if he will tell you we don't have mice here) and i started my mice fighting journey BUT after the new manger we keep suffered from the same problems and more problems than before 1) the new manager and all the employs their will show you how they are super cute and cooperative but after you signed your contract you see their other faces you cant talk or see the manager he always busy and even if you met him he is unfriendly and cant solve for you any problem just he will delegated to someone else. 2)when was live their it was no security in fort of the door and they will allowed everyone to go in 3) the parking was a problem for you and for your visitors. 3) the AC was horrible . 4) I was live in the 9th floor and the elevator been out of service many time i can remember in my moving out day it was out of service for 4 hours.when you moving out they asked you to book the elevator before which i did but i got surprised while i started moving out their also another apartment doing the same and keep using the elevator in the same time with me which they explained to me before this is not allowed.5) THE DEPOSIT never ever you will get it back with the new manager its happened to me and for others they will try their best to find anything not like the former manager when i started my leasing i asked before my friends. 6)they usually not respecting their residents onetime they keep block the way of the main entrance of our building for several months more than that the noises makes you cant study or even sleep. 6)even the bus driver they have the same attitude they were not nice especially who drove to the university area . 7)don't forget MICES were a big and serious problem this is the truth they have it and they will tell you we cant do any thing for you i started and end up with the same issue because it was a nightmare for me.
