Moved out of east building last year, which is currently under construction. Having seen three mice and several HUGE cockroaches in the elevator, basement and public areas. One cockroaches was killed in front of my apartment. I am not sure if they lived in the pipes of the buildings or something. But my apt was very clean and there was no reason I should expect to see those near my apt. Parking. I often cannot find a place to park my car when I come home late after work. EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR PARKING I CANNOT FIND A PLACE TO PARK HERE. The management definitely oversold their parking spaces, but they wont care when I complained several times for finding no place to park. Parking spots are also tiny. I had 5 door dings in three months after I moved to park towne. The management also loves to tow their residents' cars, especially the spaces on the same level of their leasing office. They are very rude and mean when they tell you about towing your car. You will learn how annoying that is once you move in. NOT RECOMMENDED.
