We just moved into Park Towne Place several days ago and it's been an awful experience. At move-in, we discovered a bunch of ants crawling around the bathroom and hallway. Maintenance was able to come in and fix it, but right after, we realized that there were constant, distracting squeaking sounds (potentially caused by bats or mice) from the ceiling. When we ask the concierge, they would tell us to put in a maintenance request and they can't do anything about it. Of all the buildings we've lived in, this is the SLOWEST and LEAST RESPONSIBLE management we've ever interacted with. The sounds are still happening all day long, making it difficult to work and sleep, and after 3 days, no one has come by or can tell us who will. We really regret moving here. Do not make this mistake.
