I had an awful experience with Park Towne. I moved in five years ago and during that time, I had to deal with mice infestation, faulty equipment, packages being lost/ stolen and more recently the awful response (or rather lack of response) from management to the flood in September. I told management in July that I was moving out late September. I asked for a walk through visit prior to giving my mailbox key back and I was told it was not necessary. We cleaned the entire apartment and now a few weeks later, I received a bill for damages cabinets (2550$) along with a cleaning fee. One of the kitchen drawers had some water damage.... I am now requesting a quote but knowing Park Towne management, i know they will come up with something shady again. Very disappointing...
