I am a resident here. Avoid this place. The positive reviews you see exist because the management company raffles $1000 to everyone who leaves a good review. Management is terrible (on site and upper management AIR, the company who runs it). They don't care for the residents' well being. They consistently lie to residents to get away with their negligence. Aaron Wilmer is a leasing agent that will deceive you to rent the place, he is rude and inconsiderate, as many of the neighbors who live here. Amenities are consistently out of service, like the elevators. They make all kinds of excuses but in the meantime we keep paying the same rent for half of everything.
