Lots of hidden fees (garbage fees, pest fee, electric fee, etc) on utility that we were not told about. There are not enough parking spots!!! Whenever I come home late (after 8pm), there are nowhere to park. I am waiting for my garage spot which will be available in a few weeks, but I am worried that they will give it away to someone else. This has happened earlier when we moved in and had to move our car from the garage at 6am. We were never told to sign up for parking in advance, our leasing agent really messed up things for us even after we moved in (with the temporary garage spot). I was told to talk to the manager, Scott, so I waited in their office for hours. The concierge said he'll get back to me, but of course, it never happened.
