I've lived in 6-7 apartments in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, Park Towne is the least efficient one and worst managed one I've ever seen in my life. The leasing management team doesn't give a shit when my 10,000+$ packages were damaged in the package room, I've called and talked with them dozens of time, but they refuse to rescue everything that I have. I understand human safety first, but the storage rooms, garage and units on the same underground floor were already cleared out. Why clear the storage space but not along with the package room (I was going to move out so dropped everything there). The flood happened on 9.2, today is already 9.8, I still do not have access to the package room nor did any staff help with it. That's the attitude when you put your valuable stuff when moving into Park Towne!
