Park Towne is a sinking ship. When I moved in a few years ago it was clean, the staff was very resident and service oriented, it was a very pleasant place to live. Things have drastically changed in the last few months. Hallways are filthy, they smell like animals. Elevators are full of garbage. The leasing staff has quit or been replaced by less service oriented staff. They are here to make a sale, not ensure their residents are happy. The maintenance staff is still stellar, but they use their maintenance reviews to lure people in, their service and leasing staff is not evaluated. This used to be a luxury building, now it looks run down. The pool cabanas are sold to outsiders, while residents can't get prime seating. It seems everyone who is not a customer of Park Towne is treated better than people who actually pay the sky-high rent. It is no longer a pleasant place to live.
