Moved in here about a month ago to East tower. We saw some bugs in the unit upon moving in and reported it. It has only gotten worse. Pest control came and said that they are German cockroaches. Why is Park Towne Place renting out units that they know have active roach infestations? The pest control people are on site Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week, so that tells me that we're not the only unit having this issue and it's widespread throughout the entire complex. I asked the pest control person if this was a big issue in the building and if there were other units also seeing roaches, and I was told he "couldn't share that information with me". Really disappointed that they're calling these places "luxury" apartments and charging top dollar for cockroach infested units. I see that unit E104 is currently listed as leasable, though I was just told this week by the exterminators that they are still seeing cockroaches in that unit. Do not lease anything on the bottom floors of East tower!
