All residents are advised in their lease that if using our auto payment system, payments starting with the fourth of each month will be assessed a late fee. Only the resident has the ability in our system to designate the date their auto payment will be deducted from their account. An automatic payment reminder is sent to all residents every month reminding them their payment is due on the first of each month.
