The application fee is $60 but YOU MUST pay $750 holding fee which they say acts as deposit for apartment, so your application really cost $810. when you choose to not move forward with apartment they refuse to return the $750 to you. I called dozens of times for no one to have an answer, they transfer you to so called corporate which literally have you on hold for 40 mins until you decide to hang up. Other times they would just hang up on you. You have to get an email from someone working there after texting them all day about it (you only can get a number to text if you tour the place in person if they are nice enough to give it to you) to find out that they don't give refund deposits back. So do not apply there unless you are 100% sure that's where you want to move cause they literally scam you out of $750.00 for nothing.. they don't tell you that you won't get your money back.
