I live in these apartments for maybe 5 months. I demanded to terminate my lease and it was terminated, without added fees/charges. The place is deplorable!!! They have an ant infestation issue, I actually had a colony in my frigging car. I took it to the dealer resolve. I took the cost out of my rent because they were more than aware of the issue. Huge, I mean huge waterbug issue. I had to hire a company for pest control which again, I took out of rent. I took pictures and videos and at 4 months, demanded to be released from my contract. No one should live like that.
