Black mold has infested almost all the vents in my unit and even though I reported the issue and requested maintenance 10 days ago, no one has come to fix it. The parking situation is equally frustrating. It's now common to leave notes asking people not to park in each other's assigned space. I've even received notes and threats of getting towed when parked on the street to visit a friend in a different unit. It's chaotic! The community's lost its friendly vibe. Cars are getting broken into, especially on weekends, and the sad part is, calling the police or asking management to step in doesn't make a difference. What's gone is gone! I've seen this incident happening to a couple of my neighbors. Having lived here for over two years, I strongly suggest you think long and hard before locking yourself into a lease with this place. The initial impression might be great, but after a few months, you could find management doesn't care about you anymore--they're too busy trying to reel in new tenants. That's the real deal here.
