I really hope people had a better experience than me, if you want an overpriced apartment that hasn't been renovated than pick this place. Roaches have always been a consistent problem despite of "fumigation" In my 3 years of staying there. at least 2/3 different managers and leasing staff. Had to put in multiple work orders for my bathroom cause something always was wrong with it. The only saving grace they have is DOC who is a maintenance worker, who will be at your place like no tomorrow. Sadly that is the only good thing I have to say about them. I have no doubt you'll get moneys worth at other apartments. I would definitely only move here if you had no other choice and could bring your standards down to pay for an overpriced apartment that was made probably 40-60 years ago. I would not recommend to a friend or even a stranger.
